​Will M. Campbell, Jr. is the Pastor of Serenity Praise and Worship Tabernacle and married to Elect Lady Mary Campbell with 3 children, Will III, David, and Maya. He is Director of Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southern University and is the President of Millennium Consulting Network, Inc. Pastor Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama in Business Management and Military Science and a Graduate of the Reinhard Boonke School of Fire. Captain Campbell has served over 15 years in the ministry and 16 years in the United States Army Reserves prior to accepting his Pastoral/Evangelistic call in March 2008 into the Army of the Lord.

Pastor Will believes in the holiness of marriage and God’s Plan for the family. Therefore, God has called the Campbell Family to be Repairers of the Breach (Isaiah 58:12). Pastor Will’s heart is to fulfill the Great Commission of winning Souls, Building Strong Families and Strong Communities through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The mission of his ministry is to be united in the body of Christ, winning souls, & bringing Healing and Deliverance to Gods People. Pastor Will’s life and ministry is described and affirmed in the scripture of Luke 4:18-19; “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”​

Pastor Will has been set aside and apart for such a time as this. He will take the Gospel from the neighborhoods to the nations. Pastor Campbell is a man of great integrity and a man that loves GOD with all his heart. The vision continues to unfold and to perpetually be fulfilled.
